The contract pays the contractor a lump sum of $1,250.00 per month for services; the complete contract is on file with the county.
Commissioner Tony Anderson moved to authorize the contract and Commissioner Donald L. Fleak seconded; the motion carried on roll call with all members voting aye. County records will reflect the contract term and payment schedule.
