Board members asked for clarifications on year-over-year budget changes, particularly a prior-year $183,000 increase. Greg said that increase was largely payroll-related and tied to contract raises and turnover; he agreed to provide a more detailed breakdown to the board. The committee voted to accept Greg's report and advance his budget to the next steps in the county process.
