American Fork’s city council approved an interlocal agreement to provide public safety services to Cedar Hills at the March 24 meeting.
Mayor Frost noted Cedar Hills had already approved the agreement. Council Member Staci Carroll thanked staff for working on terms she described as intended to be "fair for both parties." Council Member Clark Taylor moved to approve the agreement and authorize city signatures; Council Member Carroll seconded and the motion passed with the members present.
What happens next: staff will sign the agreement and coordinate service delivery with Cedar Hills as outlined in the interlocal agreement.
