- Resolution 2026-0162: Authorized the Chief Legal Counsel to intervene in OPSB Case No. 25-0636-EL-BGN (Sloopy Solar). Commissioner Patterson declared he would serve as the ad hoc OPSB appointee and abstained from the vote (vote: Lohnes Yes; Patterson Abstain; Rittenhouse Yes).
