Committee approves December minutes, sets draft full-board agenda and adjourns

The Executive Committee voted to approve the minutes of its Dec. 18, 2025 meeting. Member Rob Palmer moved to approve and Member Sandra Oliva seconded; the minutes record that "the motion passed with no abstentions." The public comment period recorded "No Comments."
Members reviewed a draft agenda for the Feb. 11 full Behavioral Health Board meeting that includes a Be Well Mobile Tour presentation by Jennifer Yasomoto and Joe Hallette (HHSA) and an item with Supervisor James Thompson about mobile crisis response at 650 Imperial Way (Silver Lupine). The committee moved to adjourn at 5:31 p.m.; Member Greg Clark made the motion and Member Rob Palmer seconded, with the minutes stating the motion passed "with all Ayes."
