At 9:22 a.m. Supervisor Mary Schwalenberg moved and Supervisor Matt Budde seconded that the Administrative Services Committee go into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes "to review and discuss performance evaluation data of a public employee over which the committee has jurisdiction and exercises responsibility; specifically the Annual Performance Appraisal as identified in the contract for the County Administrator." The minutes record a roll-call vote and the motion carried unanimously.
The minutes do not record the content of the closed session, consistent with statutory confidentiality for employee performance evaluations. The Administrative Services Committee adjourned the meeting at 10:02 a.m.
