The Administrative Services Committee approved a resolution amending the 2026 budget to allow expenditure of sales tax funds for the Phase 2 second-floor project. Supervisor Mary Schwalenberg moved and Supervisor Joan Pagel-Holzschuh seconded the resolution; the committee carried the motion unanimously and forwarded the resolution to the full County Board at its February meeting for final action.
