The approved consent agenda included the March 17, 2026 Work Session minutes; a quitclaim deed concerning the Buckhead Fire Station; a text amendment request from Ty Snyder to add Childcare Learning Centers as a use allowed in the R1 zoning district; a conditional-use request by Ty Snyder, on behalf of Madison Methodist Church, for a childcare learning center at 1091 Confederate Road; a conditional-use request from Jo Beth Kavanaugh for a produce stand at 3930 Eatonton Highway; a conditional-use request from Steve Watkins for a telecommunications tower at 102 Ridgeview Road; replacement of the roof at the Public Safety Complex; and repair/replacement of guardrails.
Commissioner Nathan Park moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Carl Jones seconded the motion, and the board recorded a unanimous vote. The board did not take separate public roll-call votes on individual consent items during the regular session.
