The change order accounted for added tree lighting in the library and reception area, steel additions from shop drawing reviews, a deduction for revised light fixtures, and a deduction for a yield sign.
Katie Harms of OPN Architects presented the change order to the board. The board approved the motion to accept Change Order #005 (motion by John Schlarmann; second by Creighton Randolph). The vote recorded was Schlarmann, Randolph, Tony Amsler, and Mandy Norton — all voting "aye." The change order is now incorporated into the project budget as presented.
