Ombudsman reports 25 cases last quarter, including financial exploitation investigations

Hill added that the Ombudsman Program can witness advanced healthcare directives for residents in skilled nursing facilities and the Veterans Home and that the office received many calls on that service. Commissioners received the quarterly operational update; no formal action was taken at the meeting.
