Tiffanie Walker reported that Connections Napa Valley received 2,476 calls in 2025 and that three social workers plus one (possibly two) staff handled the main line. She said case management opened 243 clients in 2025 (not counting home visits that did not convert into cases) and that outreach produced 2,765 contacts.
Walker also said the Connections Advisory Council has shifted to quarterly meetings and that the organization continues to onboard caregivers. The update served as an informational summary of service volume and staffing; commissioners did not vote on funding or program changes.
