The American Fork City Council approved the common consent agenda on March 10, which included release of improvements durability retainers, approvals tied to development projects and ratification of city payments.
The consent items included authorization to release retainers of $3,530.60 for the Children's Justice Center (96 South 100 East), $4,737.27 for Kaleb Thompson Dental (332 South 500 East), and $459,516.00 for Deer Park Phase 3 (51 East 1100 South). Mayor Bradley J. Frost noted that two minutes items were pulled from consent and Council Member Staci Carroll moved to approve the remainder of the consent agenda; the motion carried unanimously (Carroll, Holley, John).
The consent approval also included ratification of city payments from Feb. 18 to March 3, 2026, and consideration of purchase requests over $50,000. No separate discussion or public comment was recorded on these items during the council meeting.
