The minutes record that Police Jurors Ryan Byrd (President), Quanika H. Muse (Vice President), Jule C. Wascom, Willie Morgan and Doug Watson were present; Warren McCray Jr. was absent. After recorded business, Vice President Quanika H. Muse moved, with Jule C. Wascom later seconding the adjournment motion, to adjourn the special session. The minutes state the jury will "meet in regular session at 6:00 Tuesday, September 9, 2025." The session was adjourned and the minutes were signed by Ryan Byrd and Secretary-Treasurer Sharonda Brown.
