The Police Jury approved a month-to-month General Service Agreement with Flying Ghost Productions, LLC and Power 20 News LLC to provide professional recordings of scheduled Police Jury meetings.
The agreement runs Aug. 1–Dec. 31, 2025, at a monthly fee of $800. The motion, made by Warren McCray Jr. and seconded by Ryan Byrd, passed with four jurors voting yes (Willie Morgan, Warren McCray Jr., Ryan Byrd, Doug Watson) and one juror, Jule C. Wascom, voting no. Quanika H. Muse was absent. The minutes do not record the substance of the dissent.
The minutes record the approved contract dates and monthly fee; terms beyond duration and price (for example, content ownership, distribution rights or termination clauses) are not included in the July 22 minutes and would require review of the service agreement document.
