Council begins review of per diems for boards and commissions; legal counsel urges item-by-item review

Legal Advisor Adam Koenig advised the council that compensation changes should be considered board by board rather than as a single package. Councilmembers agreed the matter required separate reviews, and the council did not take final action at the May 6 meeting.
