County extends data-center moratorium 90 days; staff drafting ordinance

"They extended the moratorium another 90 days on the data centers," staff said, and added that staff and county attorney Mark DeGinero are working on ordinance language to return before the moratorium ends. The board did not take formal action; staff presented the item as an FYI and said county staff is consulting neighboring jurisdictions’ ordinances to create complementary rules.
