Martha Guttierrez raised separate maintenance and technology concerns, expressing "concerns regarding the condition of the golf course, the anonymity of the City's online reporting system, and the quality of the audio and video equipment used during public meetings," and she recommended the City improve those systems to better serve the community. The board did not take action on the individual requests during the meeting; items were recorded for staff follow-up.
