The record notes that she reviewed and answered questions; the minutes do not record votes to adopt any of the proposed expenditures that evening.
Departmental representatives were present elsewhere on the agenda to discuss their FY2026 budget requests, including Treasurer Linda Whitten, IT Director Max Harlan, Local Health Nurse Administrator Lindee Thomas and Local Health Nurse Candy Wenke, County Conservation Director Richard Daugherty, Recorder Lisa Crane and Deputy Recorder Taylor Thornsberry, and Deputy Auditor Laura Thomas. The minutes reflect that the board heard those presentations and adjourned at 8:52 PM.
