Commissioners asked about electrical work exclusions, interior finish, insulation and schedule; staff said electrical would be handled separately by the county electrician and that the structure is primarily for storage and winter freeze protection. After discussion a commissioner moved to award the contract to Rock Creek; the motion passed by roll call with unanimous ayes.
Staff said building permits and coordination with the county building department will follow and that they expect construction to be scheduled as crews are available.
