Board approves revision to retirement payout policy to record leave in hours

The board recorded the vote as Yeas: Imbraguglio, Brandon, Doody, Tonry, Lavergne; Nays: None.
The policy change will be incorporated into personnel policy records and applied to future retirement payouts as specified in Section 17-89.
