The board unanimously approved the July 21 agenda (motion by Jayson Vande Hoef, second by LeRoy DeBoer) and the July 20 minutes (moved by Vande Hoef, second by Schulte). Following the settlement authorization, LeRoy DeBoer moved to adjourn; Jerry Helmers seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
