BZA approves special-use permit for Clear Creek Ministries property in Cass County

The Cass County Board of Zoning Appeals on April 1 approved special-use permit application 3181, submitted by Doyle Yoder on behalf of Clear Creek Ministries, for property commonly known as 26718 South Little Road in Garden City.
Valerie, the county staff member who presented the item, said the proposal had been before the planning board the prior week, where that board voted 6–0 to approve the application and added an amendment addressing the timing of RV returns. Valerie told the BZA that "there was 1 amendment to the SUP" and described conditions tied to RV departures and returns. No members of the public stepped forward during the BZA’s public-comment period. The chair recorded the motion, which the board moved, seconded and approved by roll call (vote recorded as 4–0 in favor).
