At the start of the meeting the Planning Commission approved the March 19, 2026 meeting minutes on a motion by Secretary Robert Busby, seconded by Vice-Chair Doug Kern. The commission then approved an amendment to the regular agenda to add the final plat for Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church Unit Two; the amended agenda was adopted by motion of Austin Vincent with a second from Doug Kern.
The commission approved the church final plat (Busby excused himself for a conflict of interest) and later decided to hold a potential special meeting on Thursday, April 30 if the Sunflower Room is available. Staff was directed to check room availability and post notice on the county website. No consent-agenda items were presented.
