The Pottawatomie County Planning Commission approved the final plat for Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church Unit Two following a staff presentation. County Planner Bridget Snow explained the filing re-plats an existing one-lot subdivision to create two lots, noted recorded easements and said that one lot contains the existing church while the other remains vacant.
Secretary Robert Busby excused himself from discussion due to a conflict of interest. Member Austin Vincent moved to approve the final plat and Vice-Chair Doug Kern seconded; the commission voted to approve the plat unanimously. Staff did not record any conditions beyond those shown on the staff report.
