EMCC elects 2026 officers; members share personnel updates

The Emergency Medical Care Committee completed officer nominations and elections on Jan. 28. Melissa Davis nominated Lois Husted as Chair and Elizabeth Gonzalez seconded; Lois Husted was elected. Dr. Andrew Nothmann was nominated and elected 1st Vice Chair and Scott Rose was nominated and elected 2nd Vice Chair; all motions passed unanimously.
During round table, Kyle Matlick said he will take over for Albert Burgess as Training Officer; Ty Becerra said he will take over EMS duties for Chris Gilbert for Napa Fire; Nathan Bowyer said he will take over EMS responsibilities for Chris Dodson at Calistoga Fire; Elizabeth Gonzalez introduced herself as the new Emergency Director at AHSH and reported her hospital certified nurses in Advanced Stroke Life Support. The meeting adjourned by unanimous motion.
