Committee members were asked to gather information from their departments about incidents with FCMI, ensuring examples are generic and omit protected medical information.
Next steps: Darin will contact the vendor and the committee will assemble anonymized examples to present at the follow-up meeting so the vendor can respond to concrete cases.
