The Planning Department presented a proposed text amendment to relocate House Form Standards from the Morgan County Code of Ordinances into the County Zoning Ordinance and to make minor edits intended to improve accessibility and simplify future amendments.
Chairman Blake McCormack solicited public comment; none was offered. Commissioner Philipp von Hanstein moved, with Commissioner Nathan Park seconding, to place the proposed House Form Standards amendment on the agenda for the next Board meeting as Unfinished Business for further discussion. The motion carried unanimously.
The referral means the Board will revisit the proposed relocation and edits at a subsequent meeting rather than acting on them at the work session.
