Commissioners approve Thompson-Hickman Library parking-lot agreement and set notice to proceed

Madison County approved the Thompson-Hickman Library parking-lot construction agreement following staff presentation and confirmation that the contract signed by Titan had been received. "You should have the original copies," staff said, noting they had delivered the signed agreement and a notice to proceed scheduled for Aug. 10.
The board moved and seconded approval of the construction agreement and separately approved the notice to proceed. Commissioners voted aye and the Chair announced the motions carried. Staff and the contractor will coordinate work to meet the stated notice-to-proceed date.
