Eric Paulson presented the County Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) report, covering data from January 2013 through the end of 2025, to the Emergency Medical Care Committee on Jan. 28.
Paulson highlighted that 71 AED deployments have been recorded since 2013 and reviewed Napa County cardiac arrest survival rates using Utstein definitions. The presentation also covered trauma scene times (beginning in Jan. 2017), pediatric medication administration tracking (beginning in Jan. 2016), and ambulance patient offload times for Q2 2025.
The committee received the presentation as informational; no formal motions were recorded related to the CQI data in the minutes.
