Multiple board reappointments placed on Morgan County consent agenda

At the May 19 work session the Morgan County Board of Commissioners reviewed applications for several county boards and voted to place multiple appointments and reappointments on the consent agenda for the next Board meeting.
Lucy Ray, Director of the Agricultural Center, presented applications for the Agricultural Center Authority; Weyman Hunt and Lorrie Swanson (terms expiring June 30, 2026) applied for reappointment. Dianne O'Donnell McNamara applied for the Council on Aging vacancy (unexpired term ending December 31, 2027). Sheree Evans applied for reappointment to the DFCS Board (term expiring June 30, 2026) and Stacy Manger applied for consideration; if appointed to DFCS the term would run through June 30, 2031. Jamie Waldrip, Stacy Manger, and Jonathan Ziegler applied for East Central Mental Health positions; Jamie Waldrip sought to retain a term expiring June 30, 2026. The Hospital Board saw reappointments by Sherry Terrell-Alexander, John Moore, and Huey Atkins (terms expiring June 30, 2026) and applicants Kay Argroves and Reynolds Allen. For the Library Board, Melissa Sikorski applied for reappointment with a term ending June 30, 2026; Reynolds Allen also applied for consideration.
Commissioners moved each of these items to the consent agenda by unanimous votes; specific placement motions and seconding commissioners are recorded in the minutes.
