AMR met response-time targets for 2025 and exceeded key clinical metrics, Napa EMCC hears

AMR met response-time compliance in every reported category for calendar year 2025, with an overall year-to-date average compliance rate of 94.77%, EMCC liaison Shaun Vincent told the Emergency Medical Care Committee on Jan. 28.
Vincent reviewed a compliance overview and response-time performance by priority level and zone. He also presented seven clinical performance metrics for 2025 — including ETCO₂ use in cardiac patients, hypoglycemia treatment, 12-lead ECG acquisition and aspirin administration for STEMI patients, documentation of last-known-well for stroke patients, blood glucose measurement for stroke, and pre-arrival stroke alerts — and reported that metrics meeting minimum call-volume thresholds exceeded the established standards of care.
The presentation did not include raw case counts in the minutes, but Vincent’s slides (presented to the committee) formed the basis of the committee’s performance review and prompted no motions or requests for additional action during the meeting.
