At the July 13 meeting the Village of Corinth Planning Board voted unanimously to table the site‑plan application for 133 Main St. and keep the public hearing open for continuation on Aug. 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Firehouse. Chair Phyllis Morreale moved to table the application; the motion was seconded by Kendra Schieber and carried by voice vote.
The board recorded several outstanding documentation needs: deeds for the property parcels and the title‑search documentation the applicant said would be provided before the next meeting. The applicant also may need to revise drawings to address Fire Chief Granger's egress and window‑size concerns. The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
