The Select Board recorded several formal actions at its July 7 meeting:
- The board approved the public and non-public minutes of June 25, 2026. Motion by Jan Ledbetter, second by Austin Fifield; vote: Chair Richard Zacher Aye, Vice Chair Austin Fifield Abstain (not present at the June 25 meeting), Jan Ledbetter Aye — passed with one abstention.
- The board unanimously appointed Brian Robischeau as an alternate member to the Heritage Commission (term expiring 2027). Motion by Richard Zacher, second by Jan Ledbetter; vote 3–0.
