Chair Richard Zacher moved to appoint John Roth to a four-year term on the Strafford Regional Planning Commission; Jan Ledbetter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Marshall Goldberg will continue his existing two-year term.
Administrative Assistant Joanne Dolbear announced Leah Gage has stepped down from the Select Board administrative assistant role and will remain on the Planning Board. The Select Board will post the vacancy the following day for an estimated 10–12 hours per week (Tuesday/Wednesday mornings) and asked interested parties to contact Joanne. The board also discussed onboarding other part-time staff such as handyman Dallas Emery and improving shared-drive file organization before the new assistant starts.
