Hopkins Park Board approves agenda, consent items and honors outgoing members

The Hopkins Park Board met Monday, June 22, 2026, and unanimously adopted the meeting agenda and approved the consent agenda, which included amended minutes of the April 27, 2026 meeting. Member Lyksett moved to adopt the agenda; Member Wilkus seconded. The roll call record states "Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried." The consent agenda was later approved on a separate unanimous vote (motion by Member Wilkus, second by Member Woodfill).
The board used the meeting to recognize departing members. Member Boor led appreciation for Chair Hanneman and Member Lyksett as their terms ended; the board noted both members were proud of their work on the parks master plan and community events. Member Boor will take on the chair role going forward. With no further business, the meeting was adjourned after a motion by Member Lyksett and second by Member Woodfill.
