Juvenile Detention Director Bodily reported to the Mini‑Cassia Justice Committee that the center's average residency is four youths, with a recorded high of seven and a low of one. Director Bodily said the center is fully staffed and that one staff member is currently at POST training.
Minidoka Clerk Page also provided a finance note for juvenile services later in the meeting, stating that with 40% of the year elapsed the Juvenile Detention Center had expended 31.35% of its budget and held a trust balance of $776,599.00. The committee did not take formal action on juvenile operations during this meeting.
