The motion passed 4‑0.
The vote followed routine approvals of the meeting agenda and January 20, 2026 minutes, each of which also passed 4‑0. The Authority did not take any further governance actions that evening; the board adjourned to meet next on May 19, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
