Rhett Hansen presented bids for enclosing the chemical room at the Roberts Weeds Department shop. Three bids were received: Rock Creek at $32,391; High Valley at $33,921.84; and Western Builder at $48,550. Hansen told the board funds were available in the department budget and estimated the project would be completed by May.
Commissioner Clark moved to accept the Rock Creek low bid for $32,391; Commissioner Young seconded and the motion passed by unanimous roll call. The minutes record the award and the expected timeline; no additional funding requests were made.
