County approves temporary construction easements for canal bridge replacements; two owners to receive $500 each

The board approved multiple easements by recorded motion. Two property owners requested payment of $500 each; motions approving $500 payments to the B&H Family Trust (parcel RP04N0E358401) and another parcel (RP04N40E357690) passed by unanimous roll call (Commissioner Clark — aye; Commissioner Young — aye; Chairman Hancock — aye). Other easements — including agreements with Progressive Irrigation District and an owner identified as Kym Ferguson (parcel RP04N40E352140) — were approved with no county payment. The clerk recorded the motions in the minutes.
