The Klim Plaza Division No. 1 first amended plat — which combines adjacent parcels and rearranges property lines to accommodate planned expansion — also received approval.
A short-plat application for A Pleasant Place (SUB25-0008) remains under review with a request to clarify irrigation easement lines before a decision. A Sunset View Estates final plat application contained a mistake about water shares and was tabled for further correction. Approvals passed by roll call with Commissioner Clark absent.
