Pinedale Cemetery board approved to receive 60,000 yards of county fill material

At the April 7 meeting Billy Pape, representing Road & Bridge, said the Pinedale Cemetery Board is planning an expansion and requested 60,000 yards of fill material. The commissioners granted permission for Road & Bridge to supply the requested fill. No formal expenditure motion with a dollar amount was recorded at the meeting.
The board also directed Road & Bridge to return at the next meeting with an estimated cost to finish the Pocket Creek project; Pape told the board that, if permitted, he does not expect the project to be completed until the fall. The direction places cost estimation and scheduling on the Road & Bridge agenda for the next meeting rather than authorizing immediate procurement.
