Board approves CC Johnson zone change and minor subdivision
Summary

Planning staff presented the CC Johnson Zone Map amendment and Minor Subdivision request. Commissioner Bradley moved to approve the zone change to rezone 5.00 acres from A‑1 (Agricultural) to R‑R 5 and, in a separate motion, to approve the Minor Subdivision creating Lot 1 (5.0 acres) with an approximately 35.26‑acre remnant parent parcel. Both motions were seconded by Commissioner White and carried unanimously.
Commissioner Bradley stated the motions were based on consideration of the regulatory findings contained in Chapter VIII (zone changes) and the Sublette County Subdivision Regulations for Minor Subdivisions. The clerk will update records accordingly.
