Commissioners approve final plat for Dirt Road Subdivision

Planning and Zoning Administrator Hayley Ruland presented the Final Plat application for Dirt Road Subdivision, submitted by The Dirt Road, LLC with Tim McKinney as the registered agent. Commissioner Bradley said he reviewed the documentation related to improvements, financial security, disposition of water rights and fees and moved that the board find the application complete and in compliance with Sublette County Zoning & Development Regulations (Chapter XII). The motion was seconded by Commissioner Vickrey and carried 5‑0.
Ruland and the county’s planner confirmed required certifications and conditions of the previously approved Preliminary Plat had been satisfied. The clerk will record the Final Plat in accordance with county procedures.
