County approves EGIS inspector contract for owner‑occupied rehab pending OCRA approval

The commissioners approved the EGIS contract (and a separate Air Xray contract) contingent on OCRA approval and moved to request a construction budget modification to $897,000 with $103,000 for professional services, pending OCRA. Commissioners asked that these expenses be paid from grant funds if OCRA authorizes the changes.
