Commissioners approved a frame extension on truck 111 for around $8,000, authorized a distributor upfit quoted verbally at $184,900 to be paid from the 2025 budget (subject to county council approval), and approved purchase and claim for a 2024 Dodge pickup for $37,845 (trade‑in applied). They also approved a fuel‑management system at a cost of $19,869 plus a $900 annual subscription starting in year two.
Commissioners asked staff to check local bank financing options for payment schedules and to obtain finalized payment schedules before finalizing long‑term financing. Delivery for the loader was estimated as early as the end of the year or the beginning of next year.
