At the start of the meeting Cliff Elliott, Chair Pro Tem, called the meeting to order at 6:35 P.M., and Commissioners unanimously elected Andrew Adaryukov to serve as Secretary Pro Tem until officers are elected. The Commission announced that its next regular meeting will be July 28, 2026, at the Shepherd Municipal Building Conference Room.
The minutes do not record dissent or proposed changes to the notice procedure; the adopted resolution preserves existing posting practices for the coming year.
