The Board also reclassified Custodian and Senior Custodian positions to Grade 6 and converted the Senior Custodian into a legacy Custodian effective May 26, 2025; accounting was authorized to make budget adjustments.
Separately, the Board approved an addendum to the FY25 Independent Contractor Agreement to provide $7,500 for June 2025 for contract attorney services with Matthew Pollard. Commissioner Byrd publicly thanked long-serving attorney Carl Veline for his years of service in the Public Defender's Office.
