During the public-comment period, founder Jimmy Willard (Speaker 5) explained operational details: the ministry makes roughly 200 home deliveries per month, runs a volunteer roster of about 30–35 people, and recently added a refrigerated Kenworth truck to reach rural pockets. "We do approximately 200 food deliveries a month... we got a good volunteer staff that's been with us for the 15 years," Willard said. He described collaboration with social services and the sheriff's office during an incident where EBT cards were compromised, delivering food to about 105 families over multiple days. The board had earlier presented the proclamation acknowledging the ministry's humanitarian impact.
