Committee discusses GIS options, data layers and wetlands mapping gaps

David Little emphasized that final score visualizations should use a log scale to prevent skew from widely varying layer magnitudes, and he noted that Prime Wetlands layers are available but that many wetlands are not well mapped. The group discussed digitizing Barry Keith’s circa‑1984 wetlands maps for Tamworth and asked Nancy Walser to check whether Sandwich has a similar historical mapping effort.
