Chair Ned Beecher summarized a proposed flow that would produce a 4–10 page assessment for candidate properties integrating multiple categories and data layers; the committee agreed that landowners retain final authority over decisions about their land and that Tamworth policy requires public access with short-term exceptions for agriculture and forestry.
The group reviewed a three-page document Dwight Emery prepared that consolidates categories from several local and regional planning sources (UVSLT, LRCT Delphi, TCC 2007, SPNHF) and discussed next steps: refining six core categories and a second tier of subcategories, determining which mapping data layers exist for each subcategory, and testing the system on two Tamworth properties and one in Sandwich. Dwight was assigned to update the spreadsheet in a shared Google Doc for collaborative edits. The committee planned to balance NH WAP condition scores with their own scoring, with one suggested weighting being roughly one-third WAP and two-thirds the committee's matrix.
